We do not, and will not, represent owners or prospective landlords or accept projects of building agency assignments anywhere in the country, thereby avoiding potential conflicts of interest with respect to any of the client’s real estate transactions.
TOTAL INVOLVEMENT
Mohr Call Center Services will become an extension of the client’s staff. Our objective is to maximize the real estate decisions made by the client and determine which best meets the business objectives of the corporation (whether that is to lease, dispose of, buy, sell, sublease or build-to-suit) while minimizing occupancy costs.
